My experience with Birch Tree Care was excellent in every way. From the first arborist who came to assess the Ash tree, to getting the bid, then having the staff schedule the crane and the team, and the professional crew who removed the tree. This was no small task! The tree was over 3 stories high and they brought in heavy duty equipment for the job. They had the tree removed in 3 hours! -2 stars because I haven't been able to get anyone to follow up on our stump removal that was supposed to be on the 17th two weeks later despite leaving multiple emails and phone calls. It's been a little annoying not knowing when we can put our fence back up. Other than that, we actually had a really good experience before that. We lost 5 BIG trees in a storm and Birch saved the day. Not only did they have the right crew (and crane!) their attention to safety, creating as little ancillary damage to our property as possible and great service overall was a dream come true. Thank you!
