Took my car here many time! Misdiagnosed costed me over 3 thousand dollars..said I needed a new tranny so I had them put 1 in...soon as they did drove it out same thing happen..come 2 find out it was a $100 small hose leak not tranny....incompetent mechanic and staff! Had them do other things like a wheel barring very simple fix..they quote me $300 that turned into $400 they lie 2 you! They don't know what there doing! And the lady owner is so stupid ot makes me laught! STAY AWAY!

Needed a rear brake light replaced. They charged only $5.00. Only charged for the cost of the bulb. What a kindness in the middle of covid.
They took care of the problem we were having in a quick and affordable way. I have NO problem letting people know where to get treated fairly. And that's at Birch Street Auto.
