I came in for a haircut and color consultation, then scheduled my color appointment for the following week. At the haircut appointment, I showed a picture of what I was wanting for color and was given a price. When I left the salon after the color appointment, I was highly dissatisfied with the results because my hair was dyed darker than expected, something I expressed to the stylist before leaving. Brooke was amazing! I told her about my experience at a Great Clips and how they failed even my simplest, clearest instructions of layering my curly hair. She worked magic to get my hair properly layered and I am very happy my curly hair has the right kind of volume! Definitely recommend Birch Salon for good services and results, worth every penny I've added my after shot 🥰
