Our stylists receive in-house training as well as training with Redken and Arrojo in NYC. We pride ourselves in creating a strong culture of education and support. I absolutely love the experience I had at Birch Salon with Nikki. She's so sweet and definitely talented as well as knowledgeable. My hair has been through some stuff and I'm so glad I chose Birch Salon and Nikki to help me with my hair journey!
I haven’t gotten a haircut in forever and I always get so nervous when going to the salon. Abby may be a level 1 stylist but she carries herself like an expert. Im really picky and she was so attentive to what I wanted and asked me so many questions. She walked me through the entire process and I ended up LOVING the outcome. Great atmosphere at Birch Salon. Everyone is friendly and the vibes are great there. Nichole (Nikki) does a great job on my hair every time! You can tell she really loves what she does. Will always recommend her to everyone I know 👍
I had a total hair turn around, came in with multi color ugly brown hair and was turned down by a few local salons of wanting blonde but Lisa took the challenge and gave me amazing hair 😍 I absolutely loved the energy and service here and Lisa and her helper are amazing and talented hair stylist. Very knowledgeable I feel like I was learning hair lessons lol. My hair is so blonde light but dark on the bottom, really unique and pretty. I would definitely recommend her and this salon over any other honestly! Thank you 🙏🏻
This was my first experience at Birch Salon, and it was absolutely wonderful! The salon space is gorgeous and so clean. All the staff were warm and friendly. My stylist, Madi, took time to ask questions throughout the process and discuss price points before starting anything to make sure there were no surprises and that I was getting exactly the look I wanted. Madi did a fantastic job with my color and cut! She was so kind and gracious, and was a joy to get to visit with! What a lovely experience from start to finish!
