We had a bad experience at Birch Resort. Room 17. Unacceptable noise levels from the aircon and pool pump entering the room all hours of the day and night. Ceiling fan had black dust all over it. Toilet is very loud and takes a long time to refill. Sliding flywire door is very difficult to open. We reported the aircon noise to the office. A person did come to our room to check it out. The Birch hotel was a good hotel! The rooms were great except the wifi is terrible and I couldn’t even use my data but, the bed is very comfy! The service people were very nice except I would’ve liked more refills because we stayed here 12 day and only got 1 refill of towels and products. The location was far away from the main drag but our family likes exercise. If you can drive everywhere then be prepared lol.

As a motel, this place is nice and clean. The rooms are a decent size, and the pool was also clean. The customer service at reception was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
