Visited family who lives here! Comfortable, quiet and relaxing in the courtyard. Did not use parking because I took the bus.
Terrible association, they do absolutely nothing!!
they are very good and friendly
No hot water, seems to be an issue every other week. Office is doing nothing about it because the problems keep happening. I really hope someone competent and clearly fit for this role can finally step in!
Stay away from here and do not rent here. Association do not care about tenants and only care about the money. Horrible parking policy and I got towed twice for a total of 400 dollars even though my parking permit is valid.
