Do not rent or buy your property here. Association is horrible, they don't have proper pest control. There's a lot of roaches and mice here. Pest control should be every month and not once a year. Avoid this place.
Stay away from 726 unit 206 , those people are strange , they are not serious, the apartment is very ok, but there are a lot of rats, there are bugs all over and the owner dont realy care about nothing and the worst is the deposit, they will not return your deposit according to your contract . Stay away !!!
Stay away from here the administration is mananged by INDIAN PEOPLE They are really Cheap they won’t spend Money to fix anything in the units and most of the apartments are infested by mice and coackroaches 🪳🪳🪳
Roaches, mice and bad neighbor is what you deal with living here.
They DO NOT upkeep the facilities. The parking lot is pretty much the Ho Chi Minh Trail by now. I have to divert through Laos to even get into my parking spot. Do you like potholes?? Well, get ready to step into a foot deep puddle of muddy water/motor oil when you step out of your car.
