Edit: I am changing my review from a 2 star to a 1 star. We are still having to deal with a lot of issues almost a month into moving and having to push for communication with the lawyers regarding certain payments that were not made properly. Again, a lack of care for us as the client. It felt like everytime we would follow up or ask questions, they would not be helpful or seemed annoyed/short with us. The receptionist was extremely rude and thought she knew more than she does. I called around at a few other law firms and they were a lot more friendly and welcoming.
Fantastic team here. I’ve used Birch Law numerous times and it’s always a professional and friendly experience. Staff is knowledgeable and inviting and they really put a lot of energy into making you comfortable when dealing with what can be stressful situations. I definitely recommend.
