When Birch Lake Animal Hospital was run with Dr. Tripp, it performed significantly better. If there was an emergency I could get in. Today, under Dr. Timothy — They claim to be capable of taking new clients. They often refer pets out to other hospitals because they are overbooked and overwhelmed.
