I've been in Birch Hollow for 10 yrs, this community is has really gone down. Parking is an issue. You can no longer park in front of your home. If you have multiple vehicles you don't belong here! If you have friends and guests, you don't belong here. Lot rent goes up but we seem to lose more and more of our freedom to enjoy our home. I believe they want us to pay for lot rents and mortgages but don't actually want us here to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
