Fantastic front office staff, clean community
This community is a joke I myself work in maintenance and well when we get emergency calls we get there as soon as possible but not here I called Rebecca today about my AC unit not working, which is an emergency and she told me that i was in the wrong for putting my ac down and that a maintenance tech will come the next day to check it, it is 80 degrees according to the thermostat and we have a pregnant lady at the house, if this was Cushman&Wakefield or Greystar the issue would have been resolved the same night but no Yes c... read more
This is the WORST PLACE to live. If you are even thinking about moving here. Please dont and I can't stress it enough keep your money. They are always coming up with a reason to raise the rent (lot fee) and NEVER MAKE CHANGES TO THE COMMUNITY. KIDS CANT EVEN HAVE ANYTHING IN THE YARD TO PLAY WITH. MANAGEMENT DONT CARE. This community is a joke. I wish I never purchased a home here. It’s quite actually a scam. Sold my home to me before it was ready (no air conditioning unit), forced myself and my family to live in a home with no ac through August. Never painted or sealed our porches so they’re falling apart and molding. Never leveled our home, caused damage.
