Sincerely NOT Recommended. Hired them to cater wedding off site. Arrived late, disrupted ceremony start, rude when speaking to bride. Did not serve items we specifically ordered. Food was fine, not great, but not bad, just not what we had paid for - multiple items substituted. Got the impression that we had been sent a newer/untrained team, our assigned coordinator suddenly had another event they had to run the same day, we had booked 18+ months in advance, so not sure how our date was a surprise to this business. Molly and all of the staff at Birch Hill made my daughter’s baby shower a wonderful, elegant experience. Everyone was so friendly, informative and accommodating. My family has several allergy issues and they took every precaution to make sure all guests were able to enjoy the meal without worry of allergy contaminations. I can not speak highly enough of the staff. The food was wonderful and the event space was beautiful!
Food took forever to come out, everything tasted bland and like cardboard, even the pasta. The steak was half fat and looked like rubber, the cookies were the worst I ever tasted and the mashed potatoes were hard.
Yo this places food is dirt OML ts so trash the steak was like a car tire n the cups break n the WiFi sug n the pasta was trash like the guy that run dis needa rethink everything
What an amazing venue from the drive into the property to the banquet room is georgous. What a hidden gem. A must see.
