Wow! Birch Hill was the most amazing venue and caterer. Many of our guests came up to us just to tell us how great the staff were and how delicious the food. Their manager Serena was fantastic! She helped us tremendously with the logistics and asked great questions that helped us plan for our wedding. The day of the wedding was smooth, allowing us to show up and simply be present. We had a great experience with Birch Hill from start to finish.
I had my wedding in the Columbia ballroom 6/12 and everything was amazing. We had to make so many changes and everyone was so accommodating. We were set to have our wedding outside to save some money (originally I wanted it inside) but the week of the wedding they said they can move me inside free of charge! I was very worried and overthinking how things were going to go that night but thanks to Serena and everyone else, the night went so smooth!
