Disappointing I had a very disappointing experience at Birch Hill for my wedding. I expected professionalism from the staff, which was severely lacking. One of the staff spilled on my guest and did NOT apologize, which I felt was completely ridiculous. The food was not anywhere near as good as the tasting which I had. I called and spoke with my wedding contact there, not expecting any kind of reimbursement for the bad experience but just simply an apology and was not even granted that. After doing business with Birch Hill, I am impressed with the facility and the exceptional services they provide. From the get go I was comfortable working with the event planner and felt well cared for throughout my entire experience. my event was held in the Conservatory Ballroom, which was beautifully decorated. When it came time to eat, the food was artfully displayed and was out of this world. Overall, I would recommend Birch Hill to anyone looking for an elegant venue to hold their wedding or special event.
A Taste of Elegance Birch Hill is one of a kind. They have indoor and outdoor facilities to serve your needs. Their indoor ballrooms are spacious and beautfiul and if being outdoors is your cup of tea, there are three pavilions locate on the beautifully landscaped premises.
Sometime for Everyone Birch Hill (formerly known as Herberts) is a truly elegant catering company. However, mobile catering is not their only business. They have a facility with over 40 landscaped acres for any type of picnic, meeting, reunion, reception themed party or wedding. Their facilities include a ballroom, ponds, barns, rolling hills and beauti-ful views. Food is absolutely scrumptious. You can be assured that experience shows when you contract with Birch Hill.
We had an amazing wedding My husband and I were more than happy with how Birch Hill helped us plan our wedding. We were always welcome to call with questions or concerns. The food was to die for and our guests still rave about it!! We had an amazing day and would recommend Birch Hill to anyone who wants to have a truly memorable day.
