We tried their food at a wedding show and was unimpressed, but decided to use them because they are cheaper than other places. Above and Beyond Expectation... I was very impressed with the outstanding job that Birch Hill and their staff did for my sister-in-laws wedding reception. I had recommended Birch Hill as one of the venues to look at for the wedding and am very happy that I did. Belinda was very accommodating and went the above and beyond expectation. Birch Hill went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was the event I had always dreamed of. All the staff was friendly and accommodating and I have to thank my coordinator Amy especially for doing anything and everything to make my wedding day spectacular. Birch Hill has a venue incomparable to that of other caterers in the Albany region. Not only is Birch Hill placed within the beautiful countryside, but the service I received during my wedding was just as wonderful as the view. Exceptional. This past weekend was our first time at Birch Hill, and it was a very special event for us. My best friend was getting married and I was expectign her to be a wreck but she was calm, cool and collected for her big day, her fiance seemed to be more aray then her!!
