Bought two fireplace units for heating. The big unit went down a week ago roughly Dec. 14th. Company has been less than cooperative. Service on unit can't be had until at least Jan 6. I live in a 100 year old farm house and it has been 20 below the last few days. These units were purchased in August (their down time) so that these units could heat my house this winter.supplementle systems.
