Awful!!! We have water damage coming from our ceiling. There is obviously something wrong with the plumbing system and its been two weeks with no word!
They said in their open house two bedrooms would be painted to match the rest of the house before the next tenant moved in. I was the next tenant, neither bedrooms were painted and I tried to speak with multiple employees about the issue and all they would do is throw the lease in my face saying I didn't ask for it in writing and they wouldn't honor their employees verbal agreement. Absolutely Incredible poor MANAGEMENT. And I follow You Tube so I can share video of not the MANAGEMENT but the how , not to get tricked into a rental property that's not being kept up . I also have a book coming to let investors and renters do a background check on the house and those renting them . How clever the game is being played
