This doctor gives very personalized attention to my son, even calling me after the appt to discuss and sending personalized emails to discuss care, plans, etc. VERY PLEASED. Staff is also very good. Many thanks.
Great staff! I first came to Birch Dental because Justin is my wife’s friend from college, but I’ve kept coming back because of their great service. I’m particularly impressed with their dental hygienists—very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive in even the most minute of details regarding cleaning, for instance, how to clean a WaterPik and what kind of teeth cleaning solution to use to prevent its network of hoses from eroding. My experience of Birch Dental has been amazing. Their staff are professional but friendly and kind, and everyone who has worked with me has been great. Going to this office has done more good for my dental health than any other dental office I've been in my life. The office space is immaculate and they are happy to explain anything you ask about your dental health, and show you state of the art imaging of your teeth.
