First place I’ve ever done therapy before and I’m glad I pick this one. The front desk is always so nice and kind. My therapist has done well in their role of making me feel better about myself and has been able to get me out of dark places in my life. Would recommend
Initially scheduled an appt for 11/15 and therapist was a no-show. I reached out to the practice coordinator to let them know, they apologized and rescheduled me for today 11/19. For the second time, I logged in for my telehealth appt and therapist was a no-show. Needless to say, I will be looking for a different practice.
Was there for multiple months. After 3 months, I asked for a bill and told it was not ready. By the time I got a bill it was $2k which was fine because I needed it once a week. I paid half of it off in one payment. My therapist texted me they didn't have on a schedule and essentially abandoned me at one of the lowest points of my life. Yet another medical place that puts profits over patients. I put all that time and money into a place only having to start over. Place may be good to others but a joke to me.
I can not say enough positive words about Birch Counseling. The experience that my family and I have had has been nothing but incredible! They worked with us to accommodate several nuances around insurance issues, as well as finding the right therapist. I have recommended them to numerous friends, who have since started using them, and have had the same experience, nothing but exceptional! All around top-notch service - we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them!
1. They DON'T answer their phone 2. The business office doesn't call you when they say they will. 3. Their phone numbers have no identification. I don't know about you but I don't pick up spam calls. 4. There's about six different phone numbers associated with the clinic. How do you choose which one?? 5.
