Birch was the last of many bridal shops that day and I tried on so many beautiful dresses! When I told the owner, Tara, I couldn't stop thinking about a dress I tried on at another shop.. She encouraged me to stick with my gut and get the right dress for me! Not only was she helpful, knowledgeable and kind but she shows that she truly cares for people. I will be going back to get my accessories from her as the customer service and quality was impeccable!

The experience was perfect! I was able to find a few dresses that I like in my price range! Tara was very helpful and nice in assisting me and was kind on answering all my bridal questions toward the dresses. My friends enjoyed the experience of seeing me try on dresses. I really like that I was given the option to either show my friends or not of the dresses we all pick out. I was able to see myself with the dress on first before showing it to my friends. Tara was so lovely and helpful. Her shop had a really nice vibe and the energy felt warm and genuine. She had a non alcoholic sparkling wine for me as I don't drink and I found that to be above and beyond. 10/10
