I have been shopping here for a while and have so many good things to say:). If you’re looking for a boutique that selects brands with high quality fabrics that don’t compromise the style, this is it. They put intention into each piece selected and care into each shopping experience. It’s become the only store I shop at because no other store holds up with variety and quality over time:)
I love Birch. Very helpful customer service and always willing to help me find that perfect outfit. The associates are so welcoming and so good at styling for my needs.
I hate to leave a negative review because I really like the clothes here, the vibe is just off. It feels very pretentious every time I go in, and the staff has zero interest in being helpful or even talkative. Both times I’ve been ignored until I was ready to check out with my purchases. I probably won’t be back after my most recent trip. Bummer
Really great service and super cute clothes. Definitely like this place!
