Birch Bear Lodge is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. The cabins are gorgeous and the scenery, wildlife and activities are endless. Kayaking, canoeing, fishing, etc. to make your trip enjoyable are all available. The hosts, Miranda and Kevin were more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.. A very friendly, relaxing and family oriented place to visit. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to all my friends. A "5 star" rating for sure.
We have had the wonderful experience of being at Birch Bear Lodge both in the summer months, July, and in the winter months, February. The property is absolutely stunning in both cases. In the summer my daughter and I were able to enjoy fishing and kayaking and in the winter we were able to snowmobile and just sit back and enjoy the tranquility of the snow. The hosts, Kevin and Miranda were amazing and made sure that we had everything we could possibly need!! We will most definitely be making another trip here!!
Birch Bear Lodge has become an annual trip for me and my family. We love fishing, kayaking and swimming. They have a amazing kid friendly beach just a 4 minute drive down the road and a 1.5 hr relaxed kayak trip down the river. Where you can see wildlife ranging from bald eagles soaring overhead to beavers and ducks in the water Which is my one of my favourite thing to do at Birch Bear Lodge.
