They say nothing last forever, well that’s true with water heaters. Three days ago our water heater quit on us and we were in dire need to find someone that could help us replace it. We called a few plumbing companies, and they were extremely high and unrealistic. We then called Birch Bay Plumbing (late in the evening) and Scott responded immediately. We want to share our first and great experience with Scott. We had our alarm go off. It was an emergency and we could not use water or toilets. It wasn't a pleasant job and he was able to troubleshoot it and determine the float switch had gone bad. The most amazing thing is that he helped us and saved us so much stress and money.

It is hard to express my thanks and gratitude for Scott and Birch Bay Plumbing. He was responsive, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He helped with fixing a leak that 2 previous plumbers weren't able to find. He coordinatated well with other trades and took a can do attitude. He answered our calls and far exceeded our expectations . He is a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
