Very unprofessional experience. Communication between staff and clients is extremely poor, particularly when scheduling appointments. From the very first phone call, all details regarding our child’s care and appointment needs were clearly discussed and confirmed. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nicole W. at Birch & Pine. I have had many therapists over the years, and she is the first who has truly helped me work through deep seated trauma and has helped me learn valuable skills to use in my daily life. The scheduling is convenient, whether in person or virtual, billing is easy to use and navigate. The patient portal is helpful, and I am so grateful the universe intended for our paths to cross for me to get such wonderful care. I am forever grateful.
