Lots of Space As with all living situations, particular experiences are dependent on one's neighbors. During my time at Bircain, my neighbors were all courteous and quiet and I felt like it was a safe community. The apartments are outdated and dark, but they are quite spacious for the money. Most apartments back to trees, which provides shade. However, it also exacerbates the dark/dreary decor. If it's space and value you need, Bircain certainly offers it. Loud, discusting, unfriendly place to live Warning, don't get sucked in My girlfriend and I rented an apartment, it looks like a good deal at first, but don't be fooled. Cockroaches were pouring in, i had to use my own spray to get rid of them. The carpet was loose all around the trim and the foundation was exposed forcing me to caulk all around the edges. The heater broke in Decembers the first night there. The kids above were loud and I couldn't talk to the mother because she couldn't speak any English. It was 90% Hispanic... read more
LOVE THESE APARMENTS I Love Mountain View Apartments; the office staff is so nice and always great me with a smile! The manager Leia is very nice and always helpful to everyone! There are never BUGS of any kind; and if the heaters would break they would get fixed that day! I think this NATHEN guy just got evicted or couldnt pay rent so he just had to write a bad comment on here! I love the apartments and there is never anything wrong with them!
