This Dr. Dhungel, is a surgeon at our only local hospital WMHS. He made an oversight on my surgery, then he made himself unavailable, when it was requested by medical staff for him to see me. Then following up, was totally, (see you at your scheduled appointment.) There is a most strong probable possibility, that if the blood flow would have been opened up, and the oversight was seen before my surgery, I would still have a part of my body.
