Dr, Birardi and the other doctors in the practice are great. I can't give a good review, however, because it's extremely difficult to contact the office for referrals, appointments and general questions. I don't know if the office is understaffed, but I've had problems with the phone going unanswered on many occasions. My husband has driven to the office to make appointments when he couldn't get an answer.Getting referals is tedious. She is the most caring and well rounded primary I’ve ever had. What a great person!
I have been treated by Dr Birardi for more than 10 years! if I have any questions, I can email her through the patients portal and she will email or call you back even after hours. she is dedicated and my wife and I could not ask for any better DR. she is the best!
First off, I like Dr. Birardi, but the staffing at the practice and their responsiveness to patient care is horrendous. I have never been called with test results as I’ve been told I would be. Upon review of my chart during a visit, there was information in my chart that was not mine. I have been forgotten when waiting for water to provide a urine sample and most recently have been asked to either hold or be called back. Thank God, I didn’t hold, I was forgotten just as before.
Dr. Birardi is a wonderful caring doctor. Always listens to your concerns and the office staff is great! Love this practice!
All I can say is that Dr, Birardi has been incredibly supportive and compassionate to my needs as my PCP. She takes the time to listen and offer me real solutions for my well-being. It’s nice to be treated as a human being and not just another patient.
She’s the best doctor! Always so helpful and friendly while her nurse Nancy is also wonderful. Such a great bedside manner and goes the extra mile.
