The owner or manager of this place is a very good person, and very helpful to everyone that works at this company. very efficient and affective when some situations of mechanical of theirs vehicles happened. Another thing that i like it is that there is actually all races and ethnicities working as drivers....oh! to get a car from here he is not asking for a big list of requirements

Dmitry is really great to work with, He’s very honest and understanding, but you do have to earn it. If you do right by him he will be more than willing to work with you. he has a mechanic shop right next to his location so you won’t have to go far for any maintenance and he makes sure all your documents are up to date. He will also help you find other working opportunities if your on the Uber and Lyft waiting list. Overall 10/10 experience renting a TLC vehicle from BIRACS.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rented a car from BIRACS Livery Rental everything went smooth. Car was clean, no issues, ready to go. But the main thing – the service. Big shoutout to Dmitry – super friendly guy, always respectful, helped with everything, no stress at all. Felt like they really care about drivers here.
