I had my car start making some hectic sounds while driving down bamford lane. After crawling my way to Bips at about 4:30 on a Thursday, i got amazing service from the woman behind the desk (thank you so much!). Even though it was late in the day and i just randomly showed up, i got a call around 7:40 the next morning to tell me the issue was fixed and the car was ready. Will definitely be getting future services from here.
They did an amazing job on my vehicle. Put it in for a full service they found a problem that required immediate attention at a cost that didn’t break my bank. Great job and affordable. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much.
Had a breakdown only a few days before Christmas. Made numerous phone calls elsewhere without success. Bips told me if I could get my car to them they would “do their best” A tow truck delivery and my car was back on the road the same day. While I realise it was not a major mechanical fault they went above and beyond and fixed my car on the Saturday before Christmas! Couldn’t ask for any better service.
