Although it did take a couple months to get an appointment staff was friendly, Dr Bhagat was very thorough took a lot of time with me. We reviewed, addressed and resolved multiple procedures that I needed.
Front desk staff are unprofessional, disorganized, and use derogatory terms towards patients. Find a different doctor anywhere to avoid interactions here.
Just got assigned this Doctor and can’t get a hold of anyone then I looked at the reviews and now I see why, definitely changing Doctors. Thanks for nothing.
Although it did take a little while to actually schedule my first appointment the staff is very accommodating with schedule changes. Dr. Bhagat was personable and addressed my medical issues. He welcomed any questions so that I would feel comfortable and understand the medical plan that he chose. The staff was friendly.
