Two times they got my appt wrong. I actually had to show them the appointment card they filled out! They didn’t have my medication for a shot a REALLY needed and didn’t bother to cancel my appointment. Basically told me to find a pharmacy to fill it and bring it back to their office! Could not believe how incompetent and disorganized they were! Don’t waste your time.
Wait time is absurd. Appt was at 2. At 430 we are still waiting to be seen.
Although it did take a couple months to get an appointment staff was friendly, Dr Bhagat was very thorough took a lot of time with me. We reviewed, addressed and resolved multiple procedures that I needed.
