Very friendly. Caring and knowledgeable.
I have been going to this dental practice for over 10 years. The office staff is great and Dr. Bipar is one of a kind. He offers proactive advice on how to care for your teeth and doesn't push unnecessary procedures. He says you know what's best. Meaning, I know what's going on with my teeth. His dental assistants are knowledgeable and doing a thorough job. I won't go anywhere else.
I had been a regular patient here for a couple of years and it seemed like a decent place. Recently I had a couple of appointments get cancelled last minute due to the hygienist being out sick, which I can understand. The second time this happened they didn’t call or leave a message to tell me of the cancellation, totally wasting my time. Since I was frustrated about my experience, they rescheduled me for a few weeks later with Dr Grieb, who was not my regular dentist.
