Bipa07 Beauty Salon — 3.8 stars is too high for this place. I went here for years for hair color, facial, eyebrows, and full face. The owner is extremely rude. If you ask for a discount, she will insult you to your face. Everything is overpriced and the service is not outstanding — just okay at best. I’ve been going to Bipa for over 10 years with my mom and sister, and there is truly no one else I would trust with my eyebrows more than her (and her mom, too!). She has such a steady hand, an amazing eye for detail, and always makes sure my brows come out perfect every time. On top of her skill, she is kind, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable like family. My mom, sister, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else—we’ve been loyal for a decade because she’s simply the best!

I know this woman Bipa for a long time. She is one big commercial woman. She would not accept card and make up lies about her machine not working! Only wants money does not care about service.
