I visited today to get a rivet replaced on a pair of AFO’s that I purchased elsewhere. They happily replaced the rivet at a fair price. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend.
We have been dealing with bioworks since March 1, 2024 due to our sons over pronation. He’s a difficult case and we have been in and out of the office 4 or so times since just March 1st. We have had exceptional care from Steve who has gone out of his way to help our child in every way possible by communicating with doctors & PTs to ensure that our son has the best possible solution for his issue. We are SO grateful! Thank you so much for all that you do!

After 3 unsatisfactory visits to the podiatrist I finally got a referral for custom orthotics. They have been very professional and kind and thorough! My problem is not completely resolved but we are working on adjustments. Sure it’d be great if we got it right the first try, but that’s not life. I appreciate the patience and willingness to continually adjust the product.
