Very caring, supportive fitting help by Tammy. She is experienced and works to provide the needed effort to develop an orthotic that fits & works for you. She worked me in same day when I had a problem with my orthotics. Customer service is valued at BioWorks. Today it is so rare to find a business that really cares and allows time for their employees to provide great services. Thank you Tammy & BioWorks!
I am really impressed with the care I received from Tammy. Daulton. She had a full schedule, but took the time to readjust my orthotics during her lunch break, because she knew I was leaving on a trip the next day that required much walking. Her professional demeanor is amazing and I am so grateful for her expertise. I have already recommended her to others.
Great service! They took the time to listen and explain to my 8 year old, how the process was going to work. Very impressed by this company!
I'm sorry I don't remember the lady's name who took care of me but she was wonderful. Very friendly. Answered all my questions. Took her time to see my limp and figured out. One leg is a little bit shorter than the other and my hips feel better. My feet feel better and I'm very grateful
