Top tier guys. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process
As a novice rider who started cycling at the age of 50 years old, finding a bike shop with patient mechanics was a must. The guys at Biowheels are great. They have listened when I feel the gears aren't smooth and quickly accessed the issue. Even if the issue is to educate me on how to better maintain my bike.
Eric is great and the bike fitting has been a game changer. I couldn't ride for more than three years due to all sorts of pains: Eric did an amazing job and patiently worked with me. Fast forward few weeks I'm finally able to ride again and long distances! Couldn't be happier with the experience, and the support!
My bike fit with Eric at BioWheels was a great experience. He worked what seemed like magic to get me in a more power position to meet my specific goals. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions without trying to sell quick fixes or products. I highly recommend you get a bike fit with Eric at BioWheels.
