Highly recommended! We recently purchased 2 e-bikes (BMC & Cervello). The guys were super helpful and talked to us more than any bike shop in town. They were knowledgeable and helped us research to answer a few questions. To no fault of theirs my bike had an issue and they fixed it with top speed. We could not be happier with Bio Wheels.
It's one of the best shops around! I've been there numerous times, and the service is on the dot. Good group of guys are getting it done by the day. I love my Pinarello Dogma F, I got a couple of years ago. 5 stars across the board. If you are looking into getting into the sport or in need of bike repairs, Biowheels is the place to be!
David did a great job with fitting, to finding a new bike - no pressure, just education. Highly recommend.
The team set me up in a hurry for a new soloist after my R5 was deemed frame damaged. i had races coming up and they set my new bike up to my old standards very quickly. helped me pick my new model based on how i race and ride. very happy especially with the detail Nate B put into getting the new bike ready
Won’t go anywhere else! Always see if they have what I am looking for before going online and make my purchases there or order from them. Most knowledgeable and finest customer service. Always helpful and I learn something to help me be better every visit from both Dave and Nate. Can’t imagine doing triathlons without them. I consider them part of my team every event I prep for. Can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me and all the knowledge they have shared and continue to share! Very appreciative!
