The bike fit was everything that I wanted and more. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about bike fitting. He learned from on of the best places at Cyclologic in Scottsdale. He generously set up 2 bikes for me and spent close to 3 hours in the process. I have experience in the bike industry and in bike fitting and he is excellent. I would unconditionally recommend him and Biowheels to anyone who wants/needs a fit.
Every time I go into this shop it’s a great experience. From the bike fit on my TT bike to their services they provide. Lots of products that are in stock to choose from when looking to my upgrades or just need replacement parts.
I brought in a specialized seat that deteriorated, is technically out of warranty , Biowheels staff are going to process a claim to see specialized will step up to the plate to provide some remedy for a failed product.

I worked with Eric on bike fit last year. Came in close to quitting, in really bad pain. He made big changes, especially crank size, and I had my best season of my life. After he moved to Cinci, I reached out to work with him on purchasing a new bike. I struggled to figure out what would accommodate my fit so I was so glad to have an option to buy from him.
