I too received the Bioventus machine, thinking that insurance would cover it. No bill until over a year later…..now I receive one for over $500.00. Feel like the long wait was just to make me feel like I was covered. NO IMPROVEMENT from the machine although the salesperson was extremely nice.
I broke my foot almost 4 years ago and dr and rep assured me this would speed up my healing. It did not. They said my insurance would cover it. It did not. I owed them a pretty penny and I refuse to pay more than 10.00 a month. Very shady company
