Had a Biotronik ICD fitted in May 2015. Back to full health after it was activated in July 2015. Christian, our tech is a gem of a bloke. Practical, great sense of humour, compassionate and knowledgeable. Now 2 years into MND (unrelated). He made a special trip to Mornington to deactivate the defibrillator for us. My wife and I can’t thank him and Biotronik enough.
