If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a great experience coming there the first time for my actual appointment. It's the second time around that I found absolutely ridiculous. For one they never answer the phone when you call , whether it's in the morning or after their break. I think out of the many times I have called they answered once and I don't have time to run back and forth to speak to someone in person. The young lady who helped me was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The process was smooth and efficient, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this location.
