After filling out what was far and away the worst designed intake in the world. That kept asking the same questions over and over and brought me back to the late 90s as far as how bad it was designed. (it took 20 minutes!!!), they cancelled my appointment for no legitimate reason and refused to honor the Groupon. Boo! Hiss! Avoid! -- Their reply below is a lie. There was no safety issue. Be careful if you're booking through Groupon. My experience made it seem like Groupon customers are treated differently from clients paying full price. There was strong pressure to purchase additional services, and when I declined, reasons suddenly appeared for why the advertised treatment couldn't be provided. What bothered me most was the apparent difference in treatment based on how a customer booked. A deal offered by the business should not result in a customer being treated as less valuable.
