Biotelemetry Inc prior to the Philips Acquisition was great; 3 years of constant uncertainty, mass layoffs, & mgmt turnover was in fact not great.
A great place to work. Collaboration at its best!
Company has terrible customer service. 30 mins on hold just for someone to be rude and treat you like they don't care. They sent me the wrong monitor and then tried to charge me for their mistake. I did eventually get the right monitor and paid for the service. Unfortunately, they also tried to charge me for the wrong one the had sent by mistake on their end. Once I didn't pay for that one, since it was their mistake...they sent me to collections. How about hold your employees accountable for their mistakes instead? I would ... read more
