Biotelemetry Inc prior to the Philips Acquisition was great; 3 years of constant uncertainty, mass layoffs, & mgmt turnover was in fact not great.

Company has terrible customer service. 30 mins on hold just for someone to be rude and treat you like they don't care. They sent me the wrong monitor and then tried to charge me for their mistake. I did eventually get the right monitor and paid for the service. Unfortunately, they also tried to charge me for the wrong one the had sent by mistake on their end. Once I didn't pay for that one, since it was their mistake...they sent me to collections. How about hold your employees accountable for their mistakes instead? I would ... read more
This company is a scam. Mailed the heart monitor back and neither doctor nor patient ever got results. It has been months. Multiple calls to customer service cannot resolve the question of where the results are or why they were not sent to the doctor. Not sure if this is just an insurance billing scam or if they provide a legitimate service.
