Biotelemetry Inc prior to the Philips Acquisition was great; 3 years of constant uncertainty, mass layoffs, & mgmt turnover was in fact not great.

I received a heart monitor and was asked to wear it for 2 weeks. It came of after just 12 hours, even though the documentation states it will stay on for 5 days. I called customer service and they really didn't care. I asked them to send more of the patches. She said she would send two. I asked for 5 or more due to the fact that I tried 3 patches and they each stayed on my body for 8 to 12 hours. A week later I still have not received them. I have tried to keep it on with a skin tape which lasted longer but still no more tha... read more
