I received a heart monitor and was asked to wear it for 2 weeks. It came of after just 12 hours, even though the documentation states it will stay on for 5 days. I called customer service and they really didn't care. I asked them to send more of the patches. She said she would send two. I asked for 5 or more due to the fact that I tried 3 patches and they each stayed on my body for 8 to 12 hours. A week later I still have not received them. I like this company. They furnish a cellular glucose meter that is very convenient. Never had a problem with them.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. First and foremost their glucose meter is a piece of junk. The readings are wildly inconsistent and way out of tolerance to both other meters and actual blood lab results. Trying to resolve this with the company resulted in a condescending conversation with some tech support rep that basically said their meter is great and everything else was wrong.
