Great at first! Expensive but I lost weight. Unfortunately, they changed products and my food cravings came back, I gained weight, cramps came back, and they said it was what I was doing but I didn’t change a thing from before. I really like everyone there and I’m disappointed. I just don’t want to pay anymore to gain weight.
Very sweet people but they changed their Semiglutide product and it doesn’t work for me. I gained weight with the new product and was doing the same thing I was before. My hunger cravings are back. I am going to try some place else to see if my body just hit a wall or if it truly is the product.i love these guys but i dont think the new product works for me. Give them a chance as all bodies are different.
The team at Biosymmetry are great! They taught me to pay attention to what I am eating. Protein good, carbohydrates bad. I have also started doing some light exercise (some is better than none). The cost was eating into my disposable income, so I'm having to drop out. But I have lost more than 10% of my starting weight. Recommend.
Two poor interactions. First the staff made an error scheduling an appointment for me. They recorded the appointment in their calendar a week later than when I made it. They did not acknowledge their error, and made me feel like I was the one in error. I knew I was not because I was out of medication, and had been in the office 4 weeks prior. I’ve been more than happy to be receiving hormonal rt. I’ve been getting for years. Unfortunately I cannot afford the additional fee of 200 a month for hrt!! Who does a membership fee w a medical practice? Thanks for your services tho. I really dont think the dr was out for 2 weeks.. for as long as I have been coming it would have been nice to be grandfathered in. Really poor customer service in my opinion 🥴
