Two poor interactions. First the staff made an error scheduling an appointment for me. They recorded the appointment in their calendar a week later than when I made it. They did not acknowledge their error, and made me feel like I was the one in error. I knew I was not because I was out of medication, and had been in the office 4 weeks prior. I’ve been more than happy to be receiving hormonal rt. I’ve been getting for years. Unfortunately I cannot afford the additional fee of 200 a month for hrt!! Who does a membership fee w a medical practice? Thanks for your services tho. I really dont think the dr was out for 2 weeks.. for as long as I have been coming it would have been nice to be grandfathered in. Really poor customer service in my opinion 🥴

Deb & dr Holmes are awesome. Recently had an office minor procedure with Deb that was near painless Has a problem where I wasn’t feeling well a couple of years ago, & Deb was immediately available to take my call & fill a prescription Lifesaver! Highly recommend their practice to anyone who wants to feel better now & also prevent future major chronic health issues.

I do my health lightly and I trust Kaylea Goodson, FNP, 100%. There is absolutely no doubt that she wants me to live my best life and she is actively helping me get there. Every time, my experience at the office is 100% from Kaylea and Skylar, from entrance to checkout.

Extremely pleased that I was able to take 15 minutes off my 3.5 mile Swim the Loop time (2:22 in 2025 compared to 2:37 in 2024), thanks to the increased muscle mass and lower body fat percentage I have achieved with the right mix of assistance from the knowledgeable team at Biosymmetry. Am noticing measurable results after only 8 weeks. Looking forward to continued improvements and thrilled to be getting a better night’s sleep, too!
