This company was very professional and helpful throughout the process of cleaning up my busted water pipe in our kitchen wall. The owner talked with me directly, walked me through what they would do and followed through. They helped prepare me for what to expect with insurance and the workers were also very respectful and nice to talk with. Very knowledgeable and I would 100% recommend BioSweep with zero hesitation!

My wife, Mary and I had BIOSWEEP of Alabama do a mold remediation in or basement with full cleaning. We also purchased a whole house dehumidifier for the basement. They have done a great job with the remediation and cleaning process. They did have to come back to clean some areas that were missed the first time. However, they were very responsive to correct any issues we had. We would recommend BIOSWEEP.
Biosweep did a great job remediating the mold in my bathroom after the previous homeowner had flooded it. Process only took 2 days. Very transparent. Would recommend.
