The team did a very good job with the house. It had been smoked in for about a year and a half. It came time to sell, and everyone that went through the house liked it except for the smoke smell. The team was able to completely eliminate the odor in one day. Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and they did an excellent job. If you have lingering odors in your house, I would highly recommend hiring bio sweep to take care of it.
Bryant was very helpful and responsive on a tough job cleaning our garage. The garage had urine and other odor issues. They came out 3 times and have been very helpful. Use them if you have any odor issues
Grateful they cleaned the mold out of the HVAC ducts/boots and that is about it. Upon returning to the house after overnight cleaning the thermostat was not working and when calling Jim, he stated the workers claimed it was never on when they were there which is a lie. We thought it was a battery issue since there was none in the thermostat. Woke up next morning to house at 60 degrees and clearly heating not working.
