We first used Bill when we did the landscaping for our house over 20 years ago. He was the first person we called to update and refresh our garden and to deal with some water issues. We were so excited with the creative solutions he and his team came up with. There are intangibles in design and Bill has great vision going beyond our expectations adding special touches to his work.
