DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Hired them through a recommendation. They charge 100 percent up front. Initial outcome was good but quickly faded after two days. Numerous prospective buyers smelled odor after service was performed. Lisa verbally guarantees her work and pledged to come back and retreat if not effective. After repeated attempts to contact her via phone and text I received no response. Ended up costing me the same amount in concessions at point of sale. Highly disappointed. Contacting Bioshock was the best decision ever! We had a major odor problem at our new house due to previous owners being smokers. We had our air ducts professionally cleaned, then repainted the entire place, but nothing was getting rid of the smoke smell.
