Update: 19 months later the company isn't even pretending anymore that they will make this situation right. I had a sleep study done through SleepMed, a BioSerenity company. Due to a billing situation I paid for services twice. Every rep and manager I've spoken to agrees that I am due a refund. Allegedly the request has been escalated to upper management, but eight months later no one, not even the Refund Department rep, can tell me why the refund has not been issued. I had a sleep test done in August 2021 and I just received a bill on 2/20/2023. I called the number on the bill and left a message. A rep called me back the same day, which I was pleased. I asked them why the bill was sent a year and a half late and marked over 120 days past due when I just got it. The rep talked to the manager and said that they had a backlog in billing and offered to give me a discount of 50% and said she would send me a link to pay the bill online.
