I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Nurses Debbie and Alicia were just so wonderful and caring. They genuinely cared about my well-being, they followed up with me days later to check in and recommend next steps, and they really took the time to explain everything I needed and why.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... If you have the option to use a different company, use a different company. I have had nothing but issues with this company. They don’t listen to anything you have to say. They will ask a question and as you are trying to answer the question, they interrupt and cut you off. You will have to say something 4-5 times before they actually hear what you are saying.
