don't recommend the infusion facility in Newport News Virginia to anyone to go there. the nurse is so rude there, I had my infusion today and. nurse was so rude to me and disrespectful when I asked her a bout something she replied back with a very disrespectful way to me . also she make me feel that i am lying to her , try to explain to the nurse she shut me down . i will never go there anymore.I'd recommend this infusion center especially at is location to my worst enemy
If you need your treatment and you like a place that is RESPONSIBLE, DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC Also be careful, and make sure they know about your treatment. Because in my case they said I only had to go once, when the truth was that I needed 5 infusions, that my insurance approved weeks before they called me. Two weeks later, they just call me to said that they update the system and found out that YES, my treatment need to be 5 times. As I and my insurance previously said. Friendly, kind and caring staff. Everyone is professional and accommodating. They go out of there way to make sure you are happy and comfortable
