It’s really infuriating when they have a team of people who consistently doesn’t answer the phone. Literally every month for almost 2 years I’ve had issues with ordering supplies for my family member. For the past month I’ve had to contact someone else just so an email can be sent out for someone to contact me. ( This past week no one has gotten back.)
I have been waiting since August 8th to be scheduled for my Tysabri infusion (6 weeks.) Orders from my Neurologist at Duke were sent multiple times and the staff at Option Care were also informed it was urgent. However due to the lack of understanding and compassion on their part, my health has been put at a higher risk for relapsing and further damage. I would highly recommend seeking help else where!
