Margo is absolutely amazing! From the first day she came to my home, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She’s not only super skilled with the infusions, but she’s also kind, friendly, and easy to talk to, which makes such a big difference. She explains everything clearly, is always on time, and treats me with so much respect. You can tell she really cares about her patients, and it shows in everything she does. I highly recommend Margo to anyone looking for an in home nurse.

I am really frustrated. The on time service, delivery of medications and scheduling was fine. However, I cannot seem to get an accounting or bill or receipt from Option Care. I’ve made 3 payments, 2 by text, 1 by phone with promise of an email receipt. This information is seemingly not available online, by mail or by email. Each phone call has resulted in mixed messages, contradictory communication and unkept promises.
Bio Script has been there for me since day one. I never have to worry about my medication being delivered no matter what time it is day or night.”. Khio (spelling?) is the best! He cares and makes sure I have everything I need so I don’t have to worry which HELPS tremendously. He’s more than my pharmacist to me he’s FAMILY!
