I love the nursing staff at the Dublin location. They are all very pleasant, great at the job, and overall just enjoyable to be around.
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from Option Health Care. I was told by the hospital that they would contact me today to schedule an important appointment. I called and left two messages, but no one has returned my calls. When you’re sick and trying to focus on getting better, this type of poor service makes the situation even more stressful. Overall, this has not been a good experience.
My experience with this company has been a very pleasant experience. The staff are all very knowledgeable and very nice ! I’m glad that my Dr’s decided on this company to provide my services ! I feel confident that I am in good hands when it comes to my healthcare needs.
