Kayla & the whole team has been amazing in aiding with supplying my mom’s IV medications since the end of October until the end of December. She has literally has the worst of luck health wise, so many back to back issues & Kayla was soo patience & helpful through it all! A big “THANK YOU” to Kayla & the entire team!
My experiences dealing with this company are so consistently poor. My supplies are often missing or wrong, and the people I speak simply do not care. I wish I had other options.
All this comp cares about is money money money. I had been with Option Care/Bioscript for 10+ thru all the name change's but was dropped this year. Beware, it could happen to you, any day, without notice and not being able to find a new infusion company. They are dropping pts that only get IV Hydration &/or Acute IV Meds because they are not making money off these therapies. If you have tpn you still will get the above therapies. Bioscript is supposed to be a pharmacy but they act like they are selling building supplies. The insurance compliance department is terrible. Every month I get the same infusion, billed at $96,000, and every month it is a fight because they don't get their preauths turned in on time, or the lose the script and they don'tlet me know till last minute. Their customer service is awful. They never return phone calls or follow up on the issues. I've had my infusion be late several times due to total mismanagement. The billing dept... read more
