I’ve used BioScript and Option Care for a solid year now and I never have to worry about getting my supplies on time. They are quick to resolve any issues that may arise (i.e) a TPN bag was busted on arrival and they immediately sent a replacement. Once the batteries were the wrong size and they sent the correct ones out same day. They check in every week and verify my order, what I may need extra, or what I don’t need. Highly recommend this service.
My nurse Ashley is one of the kindest people I've run into in a while very conscientious Pleasant to be around is very punctual the people I deal with at the pharmacy too and their delivery drivers are always nice and kind people would highly recommend this company because of the people working for them
