Option Care supplies everything i need for daily infusion therapy. Shipping is super fast for all supplies. Option Care sends a home nurse to change my picc line bandage and take bloodwork once a week on a flexible schedule that works best for me and the nurse. Ms. Patty from the office! She is so amazing and pleasant and always asks how im doing. She calls biweekly to re-up the ringers and any supplies I might be low on. Experienced staff who are capable of placing an IV line in a patient who has small and difficult veins. Comfy clean environment. Quiet. Nursing staff us warm and caring.
My appendix burst while on vacation. After four days in the hospital, Option Health set me up at home with antibiotic infusions. My nurse Sabrina was phenomenal. She made what could have been a scary and stressful situation go smoothly and easily. Thorough, professional, patient and best of all humorous, her personality and care were exceptional. The company provided more than enough supplies and Sabrina accommodated my schedule. Highly recommend their services.
I'd recommend this company to anyone! They are courteous, prompt, and they send more than enough supplies and information you need for your infusions. If you have any questions or concerns about your medications, all you have to do is call them. They are always eager to help you and you always get a person! I'm telling you, you need to give them a shot! They will exceed your expectations!
