Not so great. Got my name and birth date incorrect when billing for lab work. Unable to satisfy my needs and rectify their mistake. I had other communication issues with them. Cost me a ton of effort and time to get this billed correctly. Labcorp was much more helpful. Be careful when using this company.
Julie the dietician is awesome! Jaun Carlos( the home nurse) and OC (the home transplant nurse) are both excellent as well.
I just want to thank everyone at Option Care. I have severe anxiety and was a nervvoua wreck doing my infusions. Everyone I talked to was SO helpful and in the end I was able to do everything on my own, and I couldnt have done it without the patient nurses. Thank you all so much for helping me go from being a nervous wreck to beaming because I finally got the condidence to do this on my own. Please share my heartfelt thanks to everyone who patiently worked with me.
The Nurse named Josh is a Great Person. I'm Glad he's my Nurse! Very Professional Informative, Understanding, Patient, Friendly,Educational and Polite. He's a Blessing! My Wife and I felt very Comfortable with him. Thank You Josh!
