Our experience with Option Care has been very positive. We are pleased with their pharmacy services, communication, and response to quickly resolve the few minor issues we have experienced. This is my very first experience with your company, and unfortunately it has been extremely disappointing. My son’s medication was scheduled to be delivered around 7:00 PM, as I was told. It is now hours later, and the medication still has not been received. As a result, my son has missed two doses of medication that is medically necessary.
